We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to change your pairs for another size then please mail to us on glitterythreadjutti@gmail.com with in 2days. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size as well.
The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value. shipping charge for exchange should be paid by customer (both side)
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and exchange accept only one time only.
Pairs bought on offer sale price will not be exchanged or returned.
We do not entertain refund and cancellation requests.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (same day) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
